‘Wonder Woman’ Williams has been busy promoting D4 and generally getting about; Manchester, Leeds, Cheshire, Dorset, London. Whilst not as glamourous as some further flung locations, it is helping D4 Online & D4PR….sorry what was that last bit? And what is all this we hear about D4PR?….hmmm well you will just have to keep watching this space and an eye on the news.

We’re delighted to announce the appointment this week of Jeremy ‘Captain America’ Hoke as Senior PHP Developer at D4.
Captain America
Born and raised in Millersburg, Pennsylvania in the United States, and formerly of the US Navy, we feel that Jeremy brings a unique perspective to D4 and will improve our online service offering to our clients.
He comes to D4 with over 7 years of professional experience developing a wide range of web-based applications and leading creative & development teams through the full project life cycle. He has developed various web-based applications, including online games, database systems, bug tracking systems and has just recently launched 100 websites similtaneously as part of a national marketing campaign for his former employer.
He also brings expert knowledge of PHP, ASP, PEAR, AJAX, XHTML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSL, XML (and just about every other acronymn you can think of!) to the D4 team… so you get the picture - accomplished to say the least.
Not only that, but he has also published offline magazines, written his own songs and performed them in front of live audiences on many occasions.

We were recently approached by a retail company to design and construct an ‘all singing, all dancing’ e-commerce website for launch in the first quarter of 2009.
We accepted the project gladly, and are happy to say we are very excited by the project as a whole and how we’re going to ’show off!’ the expertise and skills of our designers and php developers.
The initial creative concept was presented to our client this week and had them jumping for joy… which in turn had us bobbing up & down! We’ll keep you posted on the website going live next year, but for now we thought we’d show you the shots Francis took recently in Hong Kong, as they were the basis of our concept and were a good source of visual reference throughout the creative process…
