D4 is led by six brand and digital specialists, all dedicated to delivering one mission – making your brand fit for a digital world.
Our key people create every element of work in house. Then we put together a bespoke team according to the requirements of each individual project. From front-end developers to iPad specialists, copywriters, printers or photographers, we direct them to deliver outstanding results.
Justin is an internationally experienced Creative Director specialising in the development of brands into digital environments. He has worked with many blue chip clients including BT, Habitat, Hilton Hotels, NBC, Lloyds TSB, TDIC and SuperValu and for international agencies such as Huguenot, Omnia, WAA, Landor Associates and DMB&B Worldwide.
Paul has worked in both design and industry for over 20 years. His passion is to move industrial brands forward in the digital world. He has experience in the manufacturing, engineering, technology, drinks, gambling and air transport sectors for international brands such as SITA, John Smith’s, William Hill, Sports Direct and SaintGobain.
Sarah keeps D4’s clients informed of progress on their campaigns. She makes sure all projects are delivered on time and to budget. She has extensive project management experience and specialises in social media and SEO. With a degree in Media Production, Sarah has clients across metallurgy, cryogenics, engineering and brewing.
Matt has over 18 years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer, expert in both pixel and print. He brings brands to life online and offline. Previous clients include corporate heavyweights such as KPMG, Disney, Activision and Sony. Closer to home he’s worked with Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, Westfield Health and South Yorkshire Housing Association.
Alice has over 12 years of experience in public sector finance. She has specialist knowledge of funding for advanced manufacturing in the Sheffield City Region. Her expertise of private and public funding helps our engineering, manufacturing and technology clients access research grants for activities such as exporting and marketing.

I was having a gander at my usual footy websites in my lunch break this week and stumbled across a fascinating article about a football pitch in Brazil that has floodlights powered by the activity of players. Admittedly it was Pelé’s face in a thumbnail that caught my eye, but once I’d opened up the webpage I was hooked – as football and tech stuff is a heady mix. For me anyway.
There has been abundance of music magazines over the last decade. Don’t get me wrong, there’s been some great ones which have been really informative and introduced me to some great things, but I also feel that we have had an abundance of publications boarding on the ‘Uber cool’ fashion/music variety which often lose sight of the music.
