Ability Insurance

Ability Insurance develops specialist insurance products for niche markets, as well as offering standard policies for the general public.

Our brief was to create a completely new brand for the company to reflect its ethos of professionalism, honesty and transparency, and to produce a range of brochures to win new business in key sectors.

We identified that it was vital to present Ability as a professional company that could sit alongside any global giant in the industry, whilst also offering a highly personalised service.

By developing a clean, corporate style with creative use of stock photography we aimed to communicate the range of products and services in a way that was clear, concise and compelling.

The direct mail campaign was a massive success, increasing the number of clients drawn from the legal sector by 29% in the first quarter. Specialist niche products were rolled out with great effect - new customers now include Lloyds of London and Lloyds pharmacy.
