The company was seeking to overhaul and modernise the brand and improve perception and understanding of their service in response to a drop in sales.
D4 was commissioned to coordinate a comprehensive web and print-based marketing campaign. The campaign needed to underline the devastating effect commercial data loss can have on a business, and highlight the value of the BU4B service.
We identified the need to create a very modern brand that would reflect the simplicity, reliability and security of the service, at the same time as emphasising that technology is at its heart.
By effectively communicating how and why the service works so well, we set out to underline that BU4B can play a key role in a company's future health.
The result was a highly successful direct mail campaign, which has led to a steady upturn in sales, including major new contracts and an engaging website ready for launch.
